We are working with a leading pharmaceutical company in Washington to hire an ESG Director.
As an ESG Director you will lead and manage the company's environmental, social, and governance initiatives by developing strategies, policies, and procedures that align with global standards and industry best practices. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to embed sustainability into operations, ensuring accurate data collection and regular ESG reporting. The director will monitor ESG ratings, regulatory trends, and disclosure standards, advising stakeholders and improving ESG performance. Additionally, they will manage reporting systems, coordinate annual submissions, and support the company’s continuous improvement in sustainability practices.
We are looking for someone with experience within the manufacturing or bio-technology space, with extensive experience leading sustainability strategy with strong expertise in project and team management.
